VeldCo
We renovated the old Keller Rent-All building into a multi-use, multi-tenant retail/office property. This renovation includes shop space, mezzanine office space, retail space, and contractor storage.

Over the last decade, VeldCo has successfully developed over 30 acres of single-family & twinhome land in Sioux Falls.
Retail Projects
VeldCo owns and operates over 80,000 square feet and 30 tenants of retail/office space throughout Sioux Falls. We are proud of the commercial retail buildings we’ve been a part of over the years.
Roosevelt Marketplace
We developed Roosevelt Marketplace from bare ground, working with our anchor tenants Year Round Brown and Great Life Fitness, to build out this 2-building, 23,500 square foot retail center.
Washington Crossing
Washington Crossing Senior Living Facility was a 2-phased project, totaling 92-senior independent and assisted living units. With underground parking throughout, two elevators, commercial kitchen, common area space, and working with the South Dakota Department of Health on assisted living, this project covered it all! This is one of our favorite projects as the Veldhouse family own and operate this facility over multiple generations.
Laguna Circle
Starting from bare ground, we developed this residential oasis on Prairie Green Golf Course. From executive 2-story homes to spacious ranch walkouts, we designed and constructed nine different homes in this development.
